Unhandled error when after failing to enter value in SSL Cert "Host" field

Description

If you click list or install without a host you get the popup error "missing value for text input field "host"". When you dismiss that, you then are presented with a "please wait" screen which never completes. Only a reload of the page will clear it.

I've analyzed this ticket & confirmed that issue happening on latest version too. when we try to add SSL cert without hostname, It shows one pop up message, after dismissing the popup, another one showing "please wait" screen. It doesn't end until reload the page.
