cfmail / cfmailparam with attachment contains wrong mimetype

When attaching images using cfmailparam, the image is not accessible in some mail clients, most notably iOS mail.

You're probably right. TBH I didn't read the ticket very carefully. I pointed a couple of issues that I remembered as possibly-related.

we will update to 1.4 asap, even i think this is not related, this clearly is a invalid use in my opinon.

Actually, this can be related to https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-994 which was resolved for Lucee 5.x

This issue could be related to a bug in Commons-Email 1.2:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/EMAIL-107

We should upgrade to the current version, 1.4, which might resolve this issue as well as other bugs.
