Could not initialize class org.jfree.chart.JFreeChart

Description

CFCHART generating this error:
`Could not initialize class org.jfree.chart.JFreeChart`

Is this a bug or just a missing dependency?

Do you have a stack trace for this? Best serialize the arguments passed to the tag with help of dump(serialize(argX)) and dump it before the tag))

Still an issue as at 5.0.0.127-SNAPSHOT.

Stack trace has evolved to:
