allow to update lucee by copy a .lco file to the deploy folder.
ATM you can install extensions and archives by copy them to the deploy folder, without a restart necessary.
But if you want to update Lucee, you need to copy the core to the patches direcrory and restart that it takes effect.
it only makes sense that all .l.. files can be installed via the template folder.
