railo-sl4j.jar still present in Lucee installers

Description

The railo-sl4j.jar file is still present in (all?) of the Lucee downloads. This can cause conflicts with other Java libraries that rely on logging and we shouldn't have anything "Railo" in Lucee anyway, should we?

Environment

Confirmed in at least the Express All OS and JARs downloads.

Michael....

we are not asking the railo-inst.jar.. The jar in question is railo-sl4j.jar

We still use railo-inst.jar because, because for us the main target was to make it possible to migrate from Railo to Lucee in 1 step (replace the railo.jar with the lucee.jar), if we would rename that jar, this would mean that we had to define 2 steps, because you had the replace that jar as well or rename it.
This jar is not specific to Railo nor Lucee, so it does not need a different version for Lucee.
Sadly we cannot rename from within Lucee, because jars are blocked on windows (the JVM keeps a stream open to the files).
With Lucee 5 this jar does not exist anyway, so in other words this is solved for Lucee 5

I also reported this issue @ https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/lucee/railo-sl4j.jar/lucee/py-Y7Kjnpn8/lvkDSzOgDAAJ

I remove it and everything is all set. This jar should not be shipped with Lucee....
