Axis info messages shouldn't be logged

Description

New log messages in application.log: "using Axis 1 RPC Client"
Shouldn't be logged in my opinion, the loglevel in all of my logfiles is set to ERROR

My Web Logging Setting had the wrong loglevel (INFO instead of ERROR)
