Cfmailparam with disposition="inline" sends images as attachments

Description

When I attach an image in an email with cfmailparam and disposition="inline", the image is sent as attachment. I've tested this with Lucee 5.0 Express on my Windows 8.1 computer and Gmail.

The same code works in Adobe ColdFusion 11.

This has been fixed in ticket https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/projects/LDEV/issues/LDEV-994 – fix version is 5.0.1.56.
