cfzip action=zip doesn't keep empty folders

Description

<cfzip action="zip" source="#expandPath( "/myFolder" )#" file="#expandPath( "/myZip.zip" )#">

If there are empty folders inside of myFolder, they will be omitted from the zip. The expectation is that all folders should be included. Adobe CF 2016 includes the empty folders.
