Flying Saucer doesn't support rem units

the common bootstrap css framework for example uses rem units

openhtmltopdf which is an actively maintained fork of FS already supports this

I've checked this ticket & issue has been confirmed on ACF and lucee. Both are returns same results, When we use rem units in padding-style, doesn't happen anything in our PDF. So, will decide about it.
