Issue with Extension - Applications in Admin

Description

Since upgrading a server to Lucee 5.3.4.77 there are a couple of issues in the "Extension - Applications" section in the Lucee admin, these are:

  1. The images for the extensions are too big for the container.

  2. Extensions with no "release" update available are showing as requiring an update.

I've attached screenshots that show both these issues.

Also, the update issue affects the Lucee Admin Overview page, showing a message to update extensions there as well.

I've confirmed both these issues exist on the latest snapshot as well, 5.3.5.81

The first issue mentioned in this ticket was solved by https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-3121 . And the second one was solved in the fixed version.

I've checked this ticket & added a fix for "Extensions with no "release" update available are showing as requiring an update" only. Update label will show only for if latest update available in release for the particular extension. And , I hope if image extension is not installed means, it'll show as a big in the extension container as per code condition
