Do not store default values in CFConfig.json

Description

Do not store values that are equal to default values to .CFConfig.json from the server context, for the web context this is may needed because it overwrites the server context.

for example applicationType by default is mixed, so it is not necessary to add this to the config, because it only adds noise with not benefit.
