.CFConfig.json should be a pleasure to work with

Description

A lot of people have been struggling to move to Lucee 6 due to various problems with using .CFConfig.json, the idea behind moving to this was to make the developer experience better, we aren’t there yet, due to a number of problems

I have created some integration tests on Lucee testlab, checking various behaviours, which demonstrate the various problems
