CFConfigImport overwrites sub structures

Description

When i update for example mappings and i add a single mapping, it will overwrite all the existing mappings.

is there a difference in behaviour here between a fresh deploy with a defined set and when you update an existing install?

for 6.1.0 i added a new method that only handle this situation, so no other code is affected by this change.
